Wedding Ceremony:
Our unique Chapel is situated on an island in between our beautiful gardens, adjacent
to the function lapa. This outdoor location within the gardens, is truly magical!
The capacity is 50-
Rain Plan – In the case of inclement weather Thaba Thula will provide a rain plan for the ceremony and reception. Due to legal requirements the signing of the register will then have to take place either in a home or at the Chapel, should it not be too wet.
Wedding Reception:
The 3 different function Lapa’s can accommodate 50-
Menu’s start from R 150.00 per person
We offer several comprehensive packages to choose from, with a range of venues, menus and wines. Contact us for full details.
Welcome drinks:
Alcoholic Welcome Cocktail – R 22.00 p.p

Welcome snacks available at an extra cost, please discuss
Beverages:
The current cost of beverage starts from R 70.00 per bottle white wine and R 90.00 per bottle red wine. Champagne are also available from R 60.00 per bottle.
Wedding Cake:
Please note that Thaba Thula does not supply traditional wedding cakes for wedding
receptions. Should you require a custom wedding cake, please inquire with your Event
