ACCOMMODATION and facilities
Accommodation at Thaba Thula Game Lodge
comprises of 20 units:
5 Luxury en suite rooms with shower
3 Luxury en suite rooms with bath
1 Luxury en suite room with bath and shower
6 Family en suite rooms with shower
3 Family en suite rooms with bath
1 Three Bedroom family chalet with bath and shower
1 Luxury self catering unit with shower and fully equipped kitchen
All the en suite family rooms can sleep a maximum of 4 people with double and/or single beds in most units, depending on the requirement. The three bedroom unit has 5 beds with two bathrooms.
A maximum of 70 beds are available for groups
The 4x4 bush camp is accessible only by 4x4 and equipped with shower, toilet, hot water and a boma. Guests have to bring their own tents and all other camping equipement.
The facilities at Thaba Thula Game Lodge are available to
all our guests and day visitors are also welcome
Our quad bike and 4x4 routes are well planned and
promise to provide loads of fun to old and young,
experienced and less daring riders.
The trails are particularly entertaining during rainy season
when you can just play from dusk till dawn.
We also have a swimming pool and children's play
area for the more relaxing times and also the hiking trails
for those who want to go for a nice stroll to study our wide variety of bird life.
Our sundowner game drives are an unforgettable experience as this is when you will be exposed to our wide variety of game.
The ladies bar at Thaba Thula is well stocked and fully lisenced with Russell, our barman, making sure that all our guests are well looked after with only the best in cocktails and superb service.
Mealtimes at Thaba Thula are of course one of the main events of the day when Peter, our chef, ensures that all the meals are not only tasty but also catered for to every guest's special requirement.
DSTV is available for those guests who likes to relax in front of the TV and for the rest we have a cosy fire in the boma where friends are made till late into the night.
